A well-established and reputable business based in Driffield is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on a permanent basis. As the Finance Business Partner your role will include (but not be limited to):

• Delivering detailed financial analysis and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Partnering closely with the Rental Divisional Director on projects providing challenge guidance and robust financial support.

• Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Producing high-quality financial reports including cost analysis variances and project reporting.

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business offering clear and concise financial updates.

• Identifying and assessing financial risks developing strategies to mitigate any concerns.

• Driving process improvements and embedding best practice across project and financial workflows.

• Ensuring full compliance with accounting standards financial policies and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role you should ideally have:

• Full accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA / ACCA / CIMA).

• At least 5 years experience in accounting or finance ideally within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder-management skills.

• A proactive commercially minded approach with the confidence to challenge problem-solve and drive improvements.
