Team mission
Talent Acquisition is our #1 strategic priority. Were growing fast and need a proven sourcing leader who can both execute at a principal level and build and lead our technical sourcing team.
We are looking for a Talent Channels Lead who will own all technical sourcing channels end-to-end while directly managing our team of four Technical Sourcers. This is a true 50/50 role: half of your time you are a hands-on recruiter in the company; the other half you are setting strategy coaching and driving performance across the team.
Your mission
- Own end-to-end technical sourcing strategy and channel mix deciding where we invest test and scale (LinkedIn GitHub referrals communities events tools etc.).
- Personally lead our hardest most critical searches (Staff niche and leadership roles) from intake to offer
- Manage and coach a team of 4 Technical Sourcers setting goals running 1:1s driving performance and growing talent.
- Build and own all sourcing visibility for leadership: dashboards reports and updates that keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape requirements push back when needed and translate business priorities into realistic data-backed sourcing plans.
- Champion candidate experience and continuous innovation in how we attract the best technical talent.
Your toolkit
- 6 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience in fast-moving high-growth tech environments
- Proven principal-level sourcing/recruiter craft: you have personally closed multiple Staff Senior leadership or niche engineering hires
- 1-2 years of people management experience with evidence of growing and retaining talent
- Data-driven operator: you live in the metrics and use them to influence direction
- Expert at building new channels from scratch and scaling them (open-source events series employee referral programmes CRM systems etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management: comfortable running intake with Directors/VPs
- Passionate about candidate experience and diversity in tech
