Logistics Team Leader
Location: Rushden
Salary:DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week

The Opportunity
An established forward-thinking organisation is looking for a driven Logistics Team Leader to take charge of daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll keep products moving people motivated and processes sharp.
Youll oversee goods-in/goods-out manage stock accuracy support cross-department operations and help steer ongoing improvements.
What Theyre Looking For
- Strong logistics/warehouse experience
- Excellent IT skills Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Forklift licence/experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident communicator and natural team motivator
- Organised calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Happy switching between hands-on work and admin
- Passion for improving processes and maintaining high standards
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the logistics team
- Oversee receipt storage picking and dispatch
- Maintain accurate stock levels through counts and audits
- Monitor KPIs and drive productivity
- Liaise with internal teams and international colleagues
- Manage CRM logistics data and documentation
- Ensure H&S compliance and warehouse standards
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
Success Looks Like
- Smooth daily operations and consistent team performance
- Accurate CRM and stock data
- Positive feedback from customers colleagues and suppliers
- Strong supplier relationships and cost-efficient transport
- Clean organised warehouse with efficient retrieval systems
- Reliable reporting and proactive improvement suggestions
