Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of the Process Improvement Supervisor for Optical Inspection the Process Engineer Intern is responsible for working closely with several functions on site. This exciting role establishes and standardizes processes to increase performance and quality. For goal achievement data-driven decision-making and strong alignment among different teams are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications - Education and Experience:
Qualifications - Skills:
A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry
Very good German and English skills other languages are a plus
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and/or other data management tools
Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence methodology interest
Experience building and interpreting dashboard analytics
Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Tableau
Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrative
Team spirit creativity proactivity and a strong organizational talent
