Service Administrator
Wetherill Park Full Time 7:30am 4:00pm
Up to $85000 Superannuation Onsite Parking
Join a leading global business specialising in access equipment servicing all of Australia. known for quality reliability and a supportive long-standing team. This key role offers collaboration with multiple departments and customers handling a variety of administrative tasks and invoicing.
If you thrive on structure love keeping a busy day running smoothly and enjoy being the reliable go-to person this is the role for you. Youll be supported with fantastic onboarding program including interstate training and hands-on mentoring.

What youll do:
- Coordinate daily service bookings and support field technicians
- Manage customer calls updates and planned service reminders
- Create jobs raise POs coordinate parts and complete invoicing
- Maintain service cycles (3 monthly and annual servicing)
- Build strong ongoing relationships with customers
What were looking for:
Someone who is organised and structured able to manage multiple priorities
A clear and effective communicator with a genuine focus on customer service
Someone comfortable following processes and quick to pick up new systems
Experience in service admin or a trade/machinery environment is a plus
Someone who keeps their cool and gets things done even on busy days
