Danish-Speaking Community Operations Analyst in Dublin, Ireland

You will work on a project for a global social networking company that develops applications enabling people to connect share ideas photos videos and engage online across multiple devices.

What will you do

• Assist the clients community and resolve inquiries empathetically and accurately

• Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards

• Review reported content within set turnaround times and quality metrics

• Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse

• Make balanced decisions and advocate for a positive user experience

• Investigate and resolve issues such as account support requests and abusive content reports

• Analyze data to identify ways to improve the overall user experience

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions

• Use market-specific insights to develop scalable community support solutions

• Recognize trends and escalate issues outside policy to the global team

Candidate profile

• Native or near-native proficiency in Danish (C2/C1)

• Fluent in English (minimum B2/C1)

• Strong cultural understanding of the Danish market

• Office experience preferred but not mandatory

• Reliable consistent and hard-working

• Passionate about ensuring a positive and safe user experience

• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to learn new information quickly
