Job Description:

This position reports toAssociate Vice President Cyber Security Governance Remediation Program Strategy.We areseekinga highly skilledSenior ManagerStrategy&Planningas part of the Strategy Planning and Execution (SPE) Teamdriving the development alignment and implementation of activities that transform top-of-house goals into actionable plans. This role requires an agile leader who cannavigate and help solve complex problems deliver results and ensure long-termobjectivesare achieved. The Senior Manager will provide strategic direction oversee execution and influence stakeholders at all levels including senior executives to drive outcomes across the cybersecurity portfolio.

Job Description

  • Develop andmaintaingovernance frameworks processes and reporting structures to track performance enable transparency and support decision-making.

  • Lead overallportfolioplanning and executionestablishcadence manage interdependencies mitigate risks andoptimizeresource allocation.

  • Translate team goals into actionable plansmonitorprogress adjust strategies and ensure alignment with long-termobjectives.

  • Design and deliver executive-ready materials and dashboards that clearly communicate progress insights and recommendations.

  • Build strong relationshipsbetweenbusinesses and senior executives to influence outcomes and ensure strategic priorities are understood and executed.

  • Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations incorporating findings into programs for operational efficiency and long-term planning.

  • Respond effectively to ambiguity and last-minute changes stay informed on emerging trends and regulatory changes and evolve strategies as needed.

  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to enhance capabilities driveefficiencies and support sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to think strategically and innovate to improve operational efficiency and business results.

  • Proven experience building relationships influencing stakeholders and navigating across functional areas.

  • Strong organizational skills withexpertisein managing frameworks processes and multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information and craft compelling narratives.

  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Experience in developing strategies roadmaps and impactful recommendations.

  • University degree

  • 10 years of relevant experience
