Job Description:

This position reports toAssociate Vice President Cyber Security Governance Remediation Program Strategy.We areseekinga highly skilledSenior ManagerStrategy&Planningas part of the Strategy Planning and Execution (SPE) Teamdriving the development alignment and implementation of activities that transform top-of-house goals into actionable plans. This role requires an agile leader who cannavigate and help solve complex problems deliver results and ensure long-termobjectivesare achieved. The Senior Manager will provide strategic direction oversee execution and influence stakeholders at all levels including senior executives to drive outcomes across the cybersecurity portfolio.

Job Description

Develop andmaintaingovernance frameworks processes and reporting structures to track performance enable transparency and support decision-making.

Lead overallportfolioplanning and executionestablishcadence manage interdependencies mitigate risks andoptimizeresource allocation.

Translate team goals into actionable plansmonitorprogress adjust strategies and ensure alignment with long-termobjectives.

Design and deliver executive-ready materials and dashboards that clearly communicate progress insights and recommendations.

Build strong relationshipsbetweenbusinesses and senior executives to influence outcomes and ensure strategic priorities are understood and executed.

Provide thought leadership and strategic recommendations incorporating findings into programs for operational efficiency and long-term planning.

Respond effectively to ambiguity and last-minute changes stay informed on emerging trends and regulatory changes and evolve strategies as needed.

Conduct analysis and make recommendations to enhance capabilities driveefficiencies and support sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

Ability to think strategically and innovate to improve operational efficiency and business results.

Proven experience building relationships influencing stakeholders and navigating across functional areas.

Strong organizational skills withexpertisein managing frameworks processes and multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information and craft compelling narratives.

Demonstrated judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Comfortable thriving in fast-paced dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities.

Experience in developing strategies roadmaps and impactful recommendations.
University degree
10 years of relevant experience
