YOUR TYPICAL DAY:
Every day as a Feed Mill Operator is an adventure at Gold-Eagle Cooperative. Youll start by rolling up your sleeves and diving into the heart of our operation. From loading and unloading trucks to maintaining equipment and buildings your hands-on approach ensures our feed production runs smoothly. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety youll navigate computer-controlled systems with ease while working alongside our dedicated team. Your day is filled with meaningful tasks that contribute to our mission of serving farmers and rural communities with excellence.
TO SUCCEED YOULL NEED:
- A commitment to Gold-Eagles goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
- Ability to understand and follow company safety procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance-related disciplines
- High school diploma or equivalent
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
This full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our facility in Galt IA. This role will initially be scheduled for day shifts and will transition to night shifts as production demand grows.
