Job Summary
As Cofounder Product & Operations Lead you will sit at the intersection of product execution and business strategy. You will translate customer needs into product direction coordinate delivery with the tech team structure our internal processes and ensure that the solution scales sustainably.
You will serve as a key partner to the founding team driving clarity product excellence and operational readiness as we grow.
Qualifications :
- Product leadership: defining the roadmap aligning it with business goals translating insights into requirements and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Coordination with engineering to prioritize tasks plan sprints and execute efficiently.
- Structuring and optimizing operational processes for onboarding support installations and national expansion.
- Close engagement with customers especially breweries to understand needs support pilots and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Representing the company at events partner meetings and strategic discussions.
- Active participation in the founding team contributing to strategic decisions KPI definition growth planning and building the organizational culture.
Your profile
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and genuine motivation to build a venture from the ground up.
- Background in product management operations project delivery or technical customer success ideally in tech IoT industrial automation or process industries.
- Excellent ability to structure problems define clear processes and drive execution.
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty rapid iteration and dynamic environments.
- Passion for data technology and smart systems experience or interest in brewing/fermentation is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English able to connect customers teams and strategy.
- Excited about taking ownership responsibility and long-term leadership in a fast-growing venture.
