What You will Do

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Business Care Team you will be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved. This includes:

  • Processing and managing orders from validation through to dispute resolution for a portfolio of customers.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving disputes related to deliveries returns and pricing via email or phone.
  • Collaborating internally within the team and the wider business to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proposing process improvements and automation opportunities for greater efficiency while ensuring compliance with all procedures.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Sharing skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit.

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion and care for servicing our business customers.
  • Strong Dutch and French language skills with operational proficiency in English.
  • Experience or exposure to a CRM platform ideally SAP.
  • PC literacy with competent data entry skills in Excel.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with constraints Incoterms and export documentation.
  • Team player with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
