Junior Agile Master (Temporary position)

Support to the development team in delivering defined tasks.
Ensuring all standards of practice for Agile Project Management.
Helping the team to remove obstacles and problems.
Timely reporting on key and complex issues and progress in resolving them.
Support and participation in key Scrum meetings.
Contributing to the coordination of design solution architecture quality assurance and activity realization in product support.
Supporting close cooperation among team roles and functions enabling interaction within the team as well as between the team and clients.
Helping the team and client to improve the efficiency of practices and to face and resolve difficult and complex issues.
Working with other internal teams to ensure the highest possible quality of services and delivery.
Support in facilitating various workshops.
Implementation of digital tools and training users within teams and the organization (e.g. Trello JIRA Confluence).

Qualifications :

Relevant experience in Project Manager and Scrum Master role in IT or similar industry; experience with Kanban and Design Thinking is an advantage.
Coaching skills and deeper understanding of coaching techniques and attitudes are a bonus.
Good working knowledge of servant leadership situational awareness conflict resolution continuous improvement and increasing transparency.
Experience in facilitating meetings using visual meeting techniques and tools.
Fluent English.
Mobility (ready to travel up to 20% of the time).
