Job Summary
To provide support to (Senior) Project Managers on a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions.
Assisting on a range of tasks to include:
- Conducting background research data collection and benchmarking;
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project;
- Producing project plans;
- Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators;
- Tracking and documenting changes;
- Preparing written project communication materials;
- Preparing formal project progress and other reports;
- Liaising with the client contractors and designers;
- Attending meetings and drafting minutes etc.
Qualifications :
- Engineering degree or other construction technical background
- You have an interest in the construction sector preferably in the logistics and/or industrial sector
- Flexible autonomous and eager to learn
- Good writing and speaking skills to manage reporting in Italian and English
- Good interpersonal skills
