Job Summary
The Project Manager (Mechanical) will lead and oversee mechanical works in PreEngineered Building (PEB) projects within a real estate project management consultancy environment. The role involves managing endtoend execution ensuring quality safety and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients consultants contractors and vendors.
- Lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects managing end-to-end execution.
- Develop project schedules resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Review technical submittals and ensure integration of mechanical systems with PEB structures.
- Implement QA/QC procedures conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors as the primary point of contact for mechanical works.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare management reports.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree - Mechanical engineering with 812 years of experience in mechanical project management including 35 years in Pre-Engineered Building projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial projects with familiarity in PEB design fabrication and erection processes.
- Proven track record in project management technical review and client coordination.
