DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Reconcile new orders to ensure they align with quoted terms. Report any discrepancies to the Sales team and seek appropriate corrections from the respective stakeholders.
Plan and execute internal project kick-off meetings for all orders providing clarity to internal stakeholders on customer requirements.
Prepare the Org chart for new projects and lead the team during kick-off customer meetings.
Ensure correct specifications and document approvals are in place for the Operations team to execute orders.
Track specification changes communicate updates to internal stakeholders and follow up to ensure implementation.
Provide periodic project summaries and status reports to relevant stakeholders and management.
Monitor and review project progress at appropriate intervals based on priority and delivery schedules. Record discussions and circulate minutes to participants and stakeholders.
Ensure Zero LDs in all projects.
Drive GP improvement initiatives through cost reduction slim-spec design efficient engineering efforts and change order management
Maintain healthy cash flow by ensuring timely invoices with all supporting documents prepared in advance.
Communicate with maturity and professionalism (both written and verbal) with customers and stakeholders to build strong professional relationships and prioritize future opportunities.
Take a proactive approach to address all applicable legal aspects of projects including trade compliance shipment formalities permanent establishment costs visas and minimum wage requirements.
Develop LBPs for independent or minimum-support execution in future projects.
Ensure proper project closure with comprehensive handover reports lessons learned documentation and enhancement of GEC reference libraries.
Ready for any short or long-term business trip deputations.

- / B.E. in ECE EEE I&C E&I or Mechanical. PMP certification or an MBA is an added advantage.
- Project Management Coordination Execution experience as Project Lead for minimum 5 projects.
- Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
