Job Summary

  • Managing the hotels Housekeeping department organizing coordinating and supervising cleaning tasks
  • Developing supporting and motivating staff
  • Planning and managing costs and workforce related to the Housekeeping department
  • Maintaining quality standards through continuous inspections and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction
  • Close cooperation with other hotel departments and suppliers to ensure that every detail is in place
  • Conducting inventory and maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies ensuring proper replenishment
  • Managing staff uniforms: keeping records distributing arranging cleaning checking condition and replacing when necessary

Qualifications :

  • You have excellent team-leadership and coordination skills
  • You speak English and Hungarian at an advanced level
  • You are a strong problem-solver with a decisive personality
  • You communicate effectively and enjoy doing so
  • You are guest-oriented and deliver high-quality work
  • You are a hands-on leader who actively supports the team when needed
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the housekeeping field

An advantage for this position is if you are familiar with the Opera hotel software.
