- Developing supporting and motivating staff
- Planning and managing costs and workforce related to the Housekeeping department
- Maintaining quality standards through continuous inspections and ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction
- Close cooperation with other hotel departments and suppliers to ensure that every detail is in place
- Conducting inventory and maintaining accurate records of equipment and supplies ensuring proper replenishment
- Managing staff uniforms: keeping records distributing arranging cleaning checking condition and replacing when necessary
Qualifications :
- You have excellent team-leadership and coordination skills
- You speak English and Hungarian at an advanced level
- You are a strong problem-solver with a decisive personality
- You communicate effectively and enjoy doing so
- You are guest-oriented and deliver high-quality work
- You are a hands-on leader who actively supports the team when needed
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the housekeeping field
An advantage for this position is if you are familiar with the Opera hotel software.
