What youll do
Together with the Shop Manager youre the driving force behind our team. A tight-knit stable crew of all-rounders who keep our multi-category store running like clockwork. Your role Stay on top of everything. You plan schedules organize the floor motivate your team members and coach where needed. Communication leadership inspiration you do it effortlessly.
Meanwhile you ensure the store looks impeccable and every passenger gets the service they deserve. No two moments are the same. One minute youre solving a problem the next you jump in on the floor and in between youre celebrating wins with your team.
Working hours
9 to 5 Not here. This airport operates 365 days a year from 05:30 to 21:00. Sundays holidays early mornings late evenings its all part of the deal. Flexibility isnt a question its a must. Plans that shift crowds that surge situations that demand quick thinking you actually love it.
