Job Summary
- Lead Worldwide Teams: Oversee four regional Spare Parts Competence Centers and drive global operational excellence.
- Deliver Results: Achieve ambitious financial and operational targets in a dynamic international environment.
- Shape Strategy: Implement robust KPIs optimize forecasting and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Foster Collaboration: Break down silos and build a culture of transparency teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Develop Talent: Mentor and grow a high-performing global team supporting innovation and flexibility.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
- 10 years experience in supply chain or operations management ideally in spare parts or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in budgeting forecasting and financial management.
- Strong leadership people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with process optimization and operational excellenceWaste to Energy industry exposure is a plus.
- Fluency in English required.
