The ideal candidate is highly creative technically skilled customer-focused and process-driven able to take concepts from ideation through product launch with excellence and efficiency. Lead New Product Development (NPD): Drive the full lifecycle of product development from ideation and concept generation through prototyping validation production handoff and market launch.
Project Management: Own timelines resources budgets and stakeholder coordination across multiple NPD projects. Deliver results that meet both customer and company expectations.
Team Management: Manage the NPD engineering department and assign projects based on team and individual skill sets. Establish goals processes and accountability.
Commercial foodservice equipment hands-on with AutoCAD stainless steel fabrication design and electromechanical assembly.
Lead Mechanical Design Engineers and a Lab Technician build prototypes meet clients.

Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Product Design or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in new product development or R&D.
