Join a pioneering team at the forefront of AI world generation building large-scale systems for real-time 3D environment and game creation. Youll work on distributed multi-agent orchestration data-efficient training and inference optimization enabling new frontiers in interactive experiences. This role offers the chance to own core generation and simulation stacks impacting how engaging virtual worlds are made and monetized.

What you will do:

Develop and optimize world generation pipelines focusing on data-efficient training and inference.
Design and implement distributed multi-agent orchestration systems for coordinated world synthesis.
Build reinforcement learning pipelines and agentic reasoning frameworks for adaptive game generation and emergent behavior.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses strong software fundamentals and can navigate between production systems and research.
Has experience building or training large multimodal or agentic AI systems.
Familiar with distributed training data curation or large-scale vision/3D pipelines.
