Required Skills & Experience:
7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development with a strong emphasis on LLMs and Generative AI.
Deep understanding of Large Language Models (e.g. GPT BERT T5) and their fine-tuning techniques.
Proven expertise in building RAG pipelines integrating retrieval techniques with generation models.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch TensorFlow).
Experience with language-centric frameworks and libraries like LangChain.
Demonstrated knowledge of AI algorithms optimization techniques and model deployment strategies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
