As an Advanced AI Engineer here at Honeywell you will provide expert-level technical leadership in the design and development of AI algorithms models and systems. You will be responsible for acting as the subject matter expert for technical AI projects and provide direction on exploring and implementing methodologies and best practices.

• Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address specific business needs ensuring scalability efficiency and robustness
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes
• Work directly with product managers and business leaders to understand requirements and align AI initiatives with overall business objectives
• Lead the endtoend AI development lifecycle including project planning resource allocation and monitoring progress
• Provide mentorship and guidance to AI engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning innovation and technical excellence

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
• 5 years of experience managing AI related technology projects
• Mastery expertise in machine learning or related artificially intelligent technology

• Advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering (EE) Mechanical Engineering (ME) or related fields
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Proven ability to drive successful cloud development projects and initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
