Why Your Role Matters
The Academic Learning Facilitator (STEM) is part of the Student Learning Team within the PVCE portfolio responsible for teaching UNSW enabling programsespecially the University Preparation Programand providing STEM-focused academic support. The role aims to boost student participation and success by promoting equity diversity and inclusion aligned with UNSWs Strategy: Progress For All. Working closely with the Program Director and Head of Student Learning the Facilitator delivers teaching academic skills support advice and may coordinate courses. They collaborate with UNSW academic staff to ensure a positive student learning experience. The role reports to the Lead Learning Hub with a dotted line to the Program Director and has no direct reports.
