We are currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join us in nurturing the growth and development of our students in our elementary program. This is a 0.8 position commencing on January 12 2026 and lasting through June 8 : As an Occupational Therapist with Carlisle Public Schools you will:Demonstrate expertise in developmental expectations related to gross motor fine motor visual motor visual perceptual handwriting daily living and sensory processing screenings and formal assessments to evaluate student abilities and identify skill deficits impacting daily functioning and overall and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment plans for skilled occupational therapy activities in both individual and small group settings within pull-out and inclusive with fellow occupational therapists and school administration to offer consultations to faculty and student progress and write data-driven reports to address established collaboratively within multidisciplinary educational district and school-wide meetings training sessions workshops and ongoing professional development the ability to work independently and as part of a team establishing effective relationships with students staff families and ethical standards and protect student confidentiality while exercising sound judgment integrity and physically capable of operating therapy equipment and lifting up to 30 additional duties as assigned by the Director of Student Support Services Principal or Superintendent of : To qualify for this position you must possess the following:Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy by the National Board of Certification in Occupational in Massachusetts as a Certified Occupational oral and written communication to work in the United experience in a public school setting is with FloorTime is desirable.
