Job Title: Automation Testing
Position: Senior Test Engineer
Experience: 5 - 8 Years
Shift: General

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Primary Skill: Advance Java with automation frameworks Selenium Playwright and Cypress.

Technical Skills:
. Advanced proficiency in Java programming.
. Good understanding of OOPS concepts
. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (JavaScript Typescript HTML CSS) and their libraries.
. Extensive experience with automation frameworks: Selenium Playwright and Cypress.
. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
. Experience with version control systems preferably Git.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Proven experience (7 years) in software automation testing and development.
Soft Skills:

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Direct Responsibilities

1. Automation Framework Development:

Design and develop robust automation frameworks using Selenium Playwright and Cypress.

Ensure the frameworks are scalable maintainable and reusable.


2. Test Script Development:


o Write and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and platforms.

o Develop end-to-end unit and integration tests.
3. Extensive knowledge of IT development standards methods and tools
Dev tools JAVA microservice / JEE (MUST)
Angular (MUST)
API/REST
4. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (JavaScript HTML CSS) and their libraries.
5. Experience in developing application codes and ExtJS to Angular migration project.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

o Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and feedback
o Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment process.
7. Quality Assurance
o Identify document and report bugs and issues
o Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. 8. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with development QA and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
o Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress and results.
