About the Role

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist travelers using a global accommodation platform. You will handle customer cases only in Croatian while English is used internally for training and communication with your team.
Main Responsibilities

Support customers in Croatian via phone email and chat

Assist with reservations payments cancellations and general questions

Provide clear guidance and friendly solution-oriented service

Escalate more complex issues to dedicated internal teams

Share feedback on recurring issues to improve the customer experience

What You Need
