As an Internship Salesforce Consultant youll join an experienced team and support real-world projects while learning how to configure analyze and collaborate in a professional Salesforce environment.
This role is designed for people who are curious eager to learn and motivated to build hands-on experience while working toward Salesforce certifications.
What Youll Be Doing
- Support the team in the execution of Salesforce and CRM-related projects.
- Assist in gathering requirements and documenting functional needs under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Contribute to training sessions workshops and client meetings (on-site or remote).
- Help troubleshoot issues by collecting information and supporting senior colleagues in problem resolution.
- Assist with basic configuration tasks reports dashboards and simple automations following established guidelines.
- Learn quickly gaining familiarity with Salesforce and other tools across our ecosystem.
- Work toward obtaining relevant Salesforce credentials as part of your training path.
What You Bring
- Studies in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field with eligibility to sign a 3-month internship agreement.
- Curiosity willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM tools (a plus not a requirement).
- Any introductory Salesforce credential is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
