Full-time opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help children develop communication social and adaptive living skills through structured individualized interventions.

What Youll Do

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
Implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans using ABA principles.
Collect and record data to monitor progress and support treatment adjustments.
Support skill development in communication social interaction and daily living abilities.
Maintain a positive engaging and supportive therapy environment.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
