Key Responsibilities

Perform various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) on different materials.
Interpret blueprints welding symbols and engineering drawings.
Inspect finished welds for quality accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Prepare materials by cutting grinding and fitting components prior to welding.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor welding issues or equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in common welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
AWS certification or equivalent professional welding certification.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g. TIG Stick) and materials (e.g. stainless steel aluminum).
Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and welding symbols.
Basic fabrication skills including cutting grinding and fitting.
Experience with quality control procedures and visual inspection of welds.
Forklift operation certification or experience.
