Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage procurement activities including supplier selection contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
Optimize inventory levels across raw materials WIP and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
Oversee logistics warehousing and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including geopolitical supplier and logistics disruptions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology to enhance supply chain performance.
Lead mentor and develop the supply chain team to foster high performance and professional growth.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or a related field.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Strong expertise in inventory management procurement logistics and demand planning.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Experience with global sourcing and logistics.
