Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
Manage procurement activities including supplier selection negotiation and contract management.
Optimize inventory levels for raw materials WIP and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
Oversee logistics warehousing and distribution processes to ensure efficient material flow.
Collaborate with production planning to align material supply with manufacturing schedules and capacity.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks ensuring resilience and business continuity.
Lead mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations specifically within a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for production planning inventory and procurement.
Demonstrated experience in implementing lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical negotiation and leadership skills with a focus on vendor management.
Professional certification such as CSCP or CPIM is highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module configuration (e.g. SAP S/4HANA Oracle).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
