Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee all aspects of procurement including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components.

Direct logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution of finished goods.

Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
Demonstrated expertise in demand planning inventory management and logistics optimization.
Excellent negotiation analytical and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module optimization (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau QlikView)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
