Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management.
Oversee inventory levels for raw materials WIP and finished goods to ensure production continuity and minimize waste.
Coordinate logistics operations including warehousing transportation and distribution for timely delivery.
Lead demand planning and forecasting activities to align production with market needs.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance performance and reduce operational expenses.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive supply chain management experience within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for production planning inventory and procurement.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles demand forecasting and inventory optimization techniques.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies and process improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with specific advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
