Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage all procurement activities including supplier selection contract negotiation and relationship management.
Optimize inventory levels across raw materials WIP and finished goods to meet production demands while minimizing holding costs.
Oversee logistics operations including warehousing transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Lead demand forecasting and sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes to align supply with production and customer needs.
Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for inventory procurement and production planning.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts manage supplier relationships and drive cost efficiencies.
Strong analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) or SQL for advanced analytics
Experience with international sourcing logistics and trade compliance
Knowledge of specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or advanced planning systems (APS)
