Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage procurement supplier relationships and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.

Direct inbound and outbound logistics warehousing and transportation operations.
Collaborate with production and sales teams to align demand forecasting with manufacturing capacity.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions and material shortages.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business or a related field.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for planning procurement and inventory management.
Demonstrated success in demand forecasting S&OP and inventory optimization strategies.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
Proficiency with advanced supply chain planning or analytics platforms (e.g. Kinaxis Blue Yonder Tableau)
Experience with international logistics customs and trade compliance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
