Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies and processes.
Manage procurement activities supplier relationships and contract negotiations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with quality safety and regulatory standards across the supply chain.
Lead mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for planning procurement and inventory control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills to manage teams and engage stakeholders.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
Experience with ERP system implementation or module ownership (e.g. SAP MM Oracle SCM modules)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
International logistics and trade compliance experience
