Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and calibrate industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on robotic cells to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and software issues in robotic systems.
- Modify and optimize robot programs for new product integration or process improvements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to confirm robots meet operational specifications and quality standards.
- Replace faulty robotic components including motors sensors and end-effectors.

Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree or certificate in Robotics Mechatronics or a related technical field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial robots (e.g. Fanuc KUKA ABB) in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting programming and maintaining PLCs and robot controllers.
- Strong understanding of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens).
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence) for robot guidance or inspection.
- Proficiency in CAD software for interpreting mechanical drawings or cell layouts.
- Knowledge of data acquisition and SCADA systems for performance monitoring.
