Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical mechanical and software issues in robotic cells.
• Execute repairs and replace faulty components in robots and associated peripheral equipment.
• Program and teach robot paths waypoints and logic for new or optimized manufacturing processes.
• Calibrate robotic systems to ensure precision and accuracy in production operations.
• Support the installation commissioning and integration of new robotic equipment.
• Adhere to and promote all safety protocols and procedures within robotic work cells.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics Automation Mechatronics or a related field.
• Proven ability to program teach troubleshoot and repair industrial robots (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB).
• Strong understanding of PLC programming HMI systems and industrial control logic.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens).
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Basic CAD software skills for reviewing mechanical drawings or layouts.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet).
