Key Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles including production operators technicians engineers and quality control personnel.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills experience and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to offer negotiation and pre-employment screening for plant-based positions.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) job boards and industry-specific networks to identify and engage top talent.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing roles (e.g. production engineering skilled trades).
Demonstrated ability to source and attract candidates for hard-to-fill technical and operational positions.
Strong understanding of manufacturing environments roles and industry-specific hiring challenges.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with common manufacturing processes skilled trades or engineering disciplines.
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors Workday or Oracle HR Cloud.
Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local workforce.
