Salary Range: $42000 - $65000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final product inspections according to quality standards and specifications.
Conduct dimensional and functional testing using various measurement and test equipment.
Document inspection results non-conformances and corrective actions accurately.
Assist in the investigation of root causes for quality issues and support problem-solving efforts.
Maintain calibration records for inspection measurement and test equipment.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control role.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges) and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC) concepts.
Strong attention to detail analytical skills and ability to document findings accurately.

Bonus Qualifications

ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQIA)
Experience with programming or operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification
Proficiency in Minitab or other statistical process control (SPC) software
