Salary Range: $66000 - $93000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Fremont seeking Quality Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials in-process products and finished goods.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Develop implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation records and reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes and product reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) statistical process control (SPC) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 8D FMEA).
• Proven ability to lead train and mentor a quality inspection team.
• Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ASQ Certification (e.g. CQE CQA) is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices aerospace automotive).
• Demonstrated experience with supplier quality management and auditing.
