Key Responsibilities

• Supervise train and mentor quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Oversee all product inspection testing and release activities to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Investigate non-conformances conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update quality documentation records and reports in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems customer requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the calibration maintenance and proper functioning of quality control equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical discipline.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) and core quality tools (SPC FMEA MSA 8D Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven leadership and team management skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings GD&T and utilizing a wide range of metrology and inspection equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software
• Certified Internal Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 ISO 13485)
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for data analysis
