Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all quality control and assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Manage internal and external quality audits ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Establish and monitor supplier quality performance and standards.
Ensure products and processes comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in quality management roles within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in the development implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Proficient in the application of core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA MSA 8D Lean Six Sigma).
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with implementing or optimizing Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS)
Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for process improvement
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) designation or equivalent lead auditor experience
