Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards.
Lead internal and external audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials in-process products and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage and develop the quality assurance team providing training and performance feedback.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends root causes and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish and monitor quality standards for incoming materials and components.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
In-depth knowledge and practical application of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Strong command of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Demonstrated proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Certified Lead Auditor for relevant quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949)
Experience managing supplier quality programs and audits
Prior experience in a manufacturing engineering or process improvement role
