The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all quality control processes including inspections testing and product release.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Manage internal and external audit programs to assess QMS effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on quality data and metrics.
Manage supplier quality programs to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical discipline.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma SPC FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Manager Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g. Minitab JMP) for predictive quality
Certified Lead Auditor qualification (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100 ISO 13485)
Proficiency with specific QMS software platforms (e.g. MasterControl SAP QM ETQ Reliance)
