Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all product quality control processes from raw materials to finished goods.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Manage supplier quality programs and conduct supplier audits.
Address customer quality complaints and ensure effective resolution.
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and internal quality policies.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
Demonstrated expertise in developing implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
Strong understanding and practical application of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis).
Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Certified Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100 ISO 13485)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience implementing or managing digital/electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
