The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
Oversee all quality control processes including incoming in-process and final product inspections and testing.
Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances and customer complaints.
Manage supplier quality programs including audits performance monitoring and defect resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and customer specifications.
Plan execute and manage internal and external quality audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Analyze quality data and metrics reporting on performance and trends to management.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
Deep knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) including internal and external auditing.
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Lean Six Sigma SPC FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing quality assurance teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Certified Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
Experience implementing or optimizing digital quality management systems (DQMS).
