Salary Range: $89000 - $135000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and non-conformances.
Oversee all aspects of quality control including incoming in-process and final product inspections and testing.
Manage supplier quality programs including supplier qualification audits and performance monitoring.
Facilitate internal and external quality audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage customer complaint resolution processes and ensure effective communication and follow-up.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated experience leading and managing a quality team.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and their implementation.
Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis).

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Certified Lead Auditor (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100)
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949 ISO 13485)
