The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all quality control activities from incoming materials to finished product release.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits (e.g. supplier customer certification).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Manage quality documentation records and specifications in compliance with industry standards.
Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality procedures standards and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949) implementation and auditing.
Strong proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA MSA and Root Cause Analysis.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
Experience implementing or managing advanced QMS software solutions
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification
