Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet industry standards and regulations.
Lead and manage all quality control activities including inspections testing and audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Oversee the investigation of non-conformances implementing robust root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA).
Manage supplier quality programs ensuring materials and components meet specified quality standards.
Ensure compliance with relevant national and international quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
Analyze quality data and metrics preparing reports for management and stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing SPC FMEA and Root Cause Analysis.
Strong leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. ASQ CQM/OE Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
Experience with specific industry quality standards (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949 ISO 13485).
Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Lead Auditor certification.
