Salary Range: $69000 - $103000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools for process monitoring and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities and developing quality documentation.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated documentation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing) or a related technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. FMEA SPC MSA Root Cause Analysis 8D)
- Strong understanding and practical application of ISO 9001 or industry-specific quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100)
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Advanced proficiency with statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) for complex data analysis.
- Experience with automated inspection equipment programming (e.g. CMM vision systems).
- Project management experience particularly leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
